Domestic Refrigerator Trainer Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-RAACLE-11506
Quick Answer: The Domestic Refrigerator Trainer works on the simple vapour compression cycle and shows how the compressor, condenser, expansion device and evaporator of a household refrigerator work together.
Last updated: October 2026
Key Features
Simple vapour compression cycle with a fixed refrigerant charge in a closed system.
Compressor raising the pressure of the gas drawn from the evaporator and discharging it to the condenser.
Condenser where heat is removed and the gas becomes a high pressure liquid.
Liquid line strainer/drier just ahead of the expansion device.
Expansion device between condenser and evaporator.
About This Product
The trainer follows the refrigerant around its closed circuit: compressed gas condenses at high temperature and pressure, passes the strainer/drier and expansion device, and evaporates at low temperature and pressure before returning to the compressor. It also covers the job of an accumulator in keeping liquid slugs out of the compressor, and how flow into the evaporator is set by pressure difference or, with a thermal expansion valve, by suction gas superheat.
Frequently Asked Questions
What cycle does the trainer use?
The simple vapour compression cycle, in which a fixed charge of refrigerant is continuously circulated, evaporated and condensed in a closed system.
What does the strainer/drier do?
Placed just before the expansion device, it retains scale, dirt and moisture so the valve or tube does not plug.
